Welcome to the main page of the open-source RTS Imperium: Sticks. The goal of Imperium: Sticks is to create a game which progresses from the dawn of history to as far into the future as time, effort, and imagination can take it.

The game itself is in fairly rough shape as yet, as I'm concentrating on getting the main parts of the game engine in place before adding much in the way of gameplay, but please feel free to download, try it out, and let me know what you think of it to date. If you run into any bugs, (please!) let me know, and I'll do my best to eliminate them before they get too deep into the code.

New releases are scheduled for every one to three months, depending on my schedule. Since I get about four or five hours/week in for coding, and I'm not nor have ever been a CS student, development may be slower than with some projects. However, development will continue unless something unforeseen happens.
